Healthcare Education Sales Executive

Job Description:

BridgeFront is seeking sales professionals with a history of consistently exceeding quota, winning new business and up selling to existing accounts.  Our sales representatives are not encumbered by customer support issues, only new and repeat business acquisition.

Job Requirements: 

  • 8-10 years background of successful sales experience to healthcare accounts
  • History of exceeding annual sales quotas for last 3-5 consecutive years
  • Ability to manage account sales cycles within medium to large hospitals
  • Have key contacts in hospital finance and training departments
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Skills to interact with senior level corporate management

What You Can Expect:

  • A successful candidate will take over several current opportunities and move them toward closure.
  • Take over current leads and move toward demo
  • Majority of the sales process can be accomplished over the phone.  This position is not expected to require a high percentage of travel to be successful.  IF you aggressively follow-up on all leads to closure and aren’t afraid to consistently make new prospecting calls, you will be expected to set at least 5 product demonstrations (remote web meetings) per week with training managers or executives within our target marketplace.
  • Within 90 days, you should have developed a pipeline of approximately $250K in potential sales with a view to closing at least $50K in sales within this time frame.
  • By the end of first 6 months, the sales pipeline should be at least $500K with at least $150K in additional new business closed ($200K total). 
  • By the end of his/her first year, a successful candidate is expected to develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of at least $1.5 Million and close at least $200K in sales in year one.

Compensation Exceeds Industry Standards:

  • Aggressive commission rate of 10% with no cap
  • First 6 months:  base = 70% of total annual target compensation of $100K
  • Second 6 months:  base = 40% of total annual target compensation of $100K
  • After 12 months: base = 35% of total annual target compensation of $150K

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

BridgeFront, a fast growing online training firm located in Beaverton, Oregon is looking for two part-time Customer Services Representatives who can work from a home office weekday mornings.

In this position, you will be contacting clients following their recent interaction with one of our online webinars, product demonstrations, or request for white papers to assure satisfaction.  You will also be processing online orders from clients and responding to simple requests for support (i.e. user name and password lookup).
 
This is not a telephone sales position.  If a client is interested in more information on our products, requests are passed to our sales representatives.

Position Requirements: (Please do not apply if all of these requirements are not met)

  • Dedicated to the part-time work hour concept
  • Ability to work from a quiet home office 4 hours per day
  • Ability to work weekday mornings
  • Located in the Portland metropolitan area
  • Excellent client facing telephone skills
    • Excellent telephone communications skills
    • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • Previous outbound telephone calling experience a must
    • Demonstrated experience making 20-30 calls per day
    • Ability to leave clear and professional voice mails
    • Ability to write clear emails
    • Logging all call activity in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of computer proficiency
    • Active user of Outlook email
    • Salesforce.com (or similar CRM application)
    • Set-up of home office with Voice Over IP phone (which will be provided)
  • Currently have a high speed internet connection (DSL or Cable)
  • Self directing, self motivated, excellent verbal communication
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry a plus

Salary:  We are offering $10.00-12.50 / hour to start.  This is a part-time contract position, but could grow into something more if successful.

Telemarketing Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a telemarketer to call into medical offices with a two-step sales process. Step one is offer product information via email or fax. Step two is to call back and take the order. Client decision time will be as short as same day, or as long as two weeks. The telemarketer will be responsible for making calls, informing us of emails or faxes to send, and entering orders in our online ordering system.

The main office will provide the names, phone numbers, and send all emails, faxes and orders. This is a 'work from home position' and is paid on a commission basis. Orders will range from $200 - $2500. Commissions differ by product, but range from 10%-15%.
