PORTLAND, ALLENTOWN, GRAND RAPIDS (February 10, 2008) - Kaiser Permanente Northwest turns to BridgeFront as it implements changes in the pre-encounter and billing processes.

BridgeFront’s Learning Services Division has been assisting Kaiser Permanente revenue cycle leaders in identifying online courses that target critical skills and competencies in its patient registration and claims processing teams. Over 25 individuals participated in the initial revenue cycle overview which included 2 hours of education. Additional curriculums are being rolled out over the coming year to a variety of revenue cycle work groups.  

In addition, Claudia Birkenshaw, Executive Vice President, is working with the revenue cycle team. She is providing regulatory and compliance education and advice on an ongoing basis.
