Here are additional details on how our Learning Management System (LMS) works and how it can easily integrate with your current system.

System-Wide Functionality Click for details

•  Multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows distribution of content to at least 500,000 unique entities. •  Of the at least 500,000 entities, each may have 1 - 10,000 users. •  Ability to segment users into customer-specific segments (departments/regions) for tracking and reporting. •  Ability to maintain more than 100,000 user sessions simultaneously. •  Compatible with all internet providers, and all major technology platforms and devices (PC, MAC, mobile devices both Android and Apple). •  System built with appropriate levels of security and hosted with redundancy for high availability in the range of 99.99%. •  Ability to recommend courses outside the customers offering (based on course history or job function). •  System can accept credit cards for additional courses requested. •  System can be integrated into the client's platform with a single log-on methodology.

•  Self-service functionality that allows onsite training administrators to input employee names and/or upload names for automatic entry. •  For larger customers, we may want to have direct IS links (via Web Service integration) that receive routine employee inputs from the company HR system. •  Ability to define and deliver a selection of content by user segments (customer type) and to deliver individual curriculum by group or sub-group (e.g. position or job role). •  Ability for sites to "customize" the training materials (e.g. add slides, provide site specific information, and/or upload their own training program to their site training content).
