Effective and efficient revenue cycle processes are critical to the long-term success of your organization. Securing payment for the services provided, reducing/eliminating write-offs, both denial and bad debt, and minimizing accounts receivable dollars and aging deterioration is what it is all about. In an information packed 45 minutes, Lorraine Schnelle will speak on how to develop staff competencies that address revenue cycle performance needs of your organization, including:
- Developing key competencies
- Creating competency performance objectives
