In December we had our newest employee go through BridgeFront on line course 'Understanding the Revenue Cycle' her first week. WOW, is all I can say. Normally our training takes several months before I personally feel new hires are grasping the whole concept, but she is well under way and doing great.
The actual training was between half and three quarters the regular time to train. She has a good understanding of where the information is used, why it is soooo important that it is done right and how it impacts the entire facility. The training certainly cannot be absorbed completely in one sitting but the information is laid out so systematically that as she is working she is seeing it happen before her eyes.
